Target Properties Turkeycan organise 3 to 5 day, no obligation to buy, viewing trips throughout the year from the UK and many other European and overseas destinations. During the summer months there are frequent flights to Turkey from most airports, however from November to April, some flights from smaller airports to the coastal regions may be limited. We do not believe in a ‘hard sell’ approach, we just ask that you are seriously considering a purchase in the region.

Step one:
Please contact us and let us know what properties you are interested in and their location. We try and get to know all clients before their trip so we can properly assess what properties may be suitable and run them past you. We list only a small amount of the properties on offer on our website so please let us know what you are looking for, your budget and your requirements so we can tailor our search to you.

Step two:
Booking the trip. For £99pp we provide your airport transfers and accommodation for 3 to 5 days in a good standard of hotel or self-catering apartment near your area of choice. We can help you source your flights which are initially paid for by yourself. This fee is then re-imbursed to you if you choose to buy a property through Target Properties Turkey.

Step three:
You are met at the airport by one of our friendly English speaking representatives and taken to your accommodation. Depending on the time of the flight, we then arrange your full viewing itinerary and take you to see properties that may be of interest throughout your stay. Some people find the right property on the first day, other may take longer. Please keep us fully informed throughout your visit as to what you are thinking. We normally stop for a light lunch during the day to re-charge and talk over what we have seen.

Step four:
When we have located the property you wish to buy we walk you through all of the necessary negotiations and help you with all documentation including your tax number and opening a bank account. This can normally be done in one day (Monday to Friday). Please make sure you bring six passport photos with you and have access to a little money for the legal processes and initial deposit (please see purchase procedures).

Step five:
You return home knowing that you are well on the way to securing your property in Turkey. We keep in touch with you on a regular basis way beyond the initial buying process and can help with everything from buying furniture through to sending photos throughout an off-plan build.
