We are realistic. We would all love to buy a fabulous Turkish property with full and legal land rights for £15,000 but unfortunately those days have now gone! In reality, you should have a budget of at least £40,000 if looking for apartments for sale on the coast, around £20,000 for a small investment apartment near Istanbul or over £90,000 if considering a good villa for sale. We work on your behalf. It is in our interest to find you the property you wish to buy. We don’t ask for silly commissions, just a small agency fee if you purchase a resale property, we ask for nothing if you purchase a property direct from a developer.  If you don’t buy there’s no fee.

We organise the viewings. We run no-obligation to buy inspection trips to Turkey from as little as £99 or can arrange to meet you during your holiday to show you around. This fee is reimbursed if you decide to buy a property through Target Properties Turkey.

We Listen and answer your questions. Please feel free to ask us anything you fancy. Our staff all speak English and live and work in the Fethiye area. We answer not only property related questions, but also information on schools, health care, taxes, residency permits, where you can buy furniture, we can even put you in touch with someone to organise a wedding!

After sales service. So you have found and brought your property, it may be off plan and you want photos throughout the build, if that’s the case we work alongside the developer and ensure you are kept informed throughout the build. Or maybe you have a key ready property and are just waiting for you land rights (TAPU), we will again keep in touch with the lawyers or developer to ensure all goes well and you are happy with your purchase. Even when you have moved in we are still on hand to help with any problems you may have, that’s why many of our clients have now become our friends.
