Sarigerme is a small town just 15 minutes from Dalaman Airport. An area that has undergone a lot of development in recent years, Sarigerme is now home to a new Hilton Hotel and its adjoining 18-hole golf course. There are now many all-inclusive hotels in the area and the main street offers a wealth of restaurants, bars and local boutiques. The beach is accessed via a shuttle service from the main street and offers tourists and investors the opportunity to relax on its long sandy shores. Sarigerme is a good location to consider if you are a golfing enthusiast, want a holiday home or a good golfing rental investment.   

Dalaman is perhaps best known for its international airport but it is now an area attracting people looking for affordable apartments or villas in the area.  This increase in popularity may be due to the town being designated a ‘main touristic area’ and playing home to a huge natural beach, many shops, traditional restaurants and tea houses. The area is not overly commercial ‘yet’ , it offers investors fabulous transport links to the surrounding areas of Gocek, Dalyan, Fethiye and Sarigerme and may be a consideration for those looking for an affordable ‘base’ in the region.
